Safe Clean Secure In Office Appointment
As we have been deemed Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers by the U.S. Treasury and the Department of Homeland Security’s guidance [March 24 2020]. Health Services. We have invested in the following office improvements for our saftey and yours. Due to Covid 19 pandemic we have implemented the following changes to continue to offer in office appointment accomadation. • We have installed medical grade air cleaners throughout the office using the latest technology used in hospitals to maintain a clean environment. • We also disinfect the office, utilize UV-C technology to sterilze all paperwork. • We provide Personal Protective Equipment [PPP] for your use. • We exceed guidelines published by: o U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration [OSHA] [3990-03-2020] o Centers for Disease Control and Prevention [CDC] COVID-19 cleaning and disinfect guidance. [updated jan. 5 2021] o U.S. Environmental Protection Agency [EPA] use of List N disinfectants for Coronavirus (COVID-19). All employee health is monitored, we are tested regularly and maintain regular contact with our physicians.Clean Enviroment

Medical grade air cleaners through out the office: • HEPA H13 and H14 filter to to remove dust, pollen, germs, mold and bacteria down to .25 microns. • PCO Purificaiton for allergens, germs, viruses and gases. • UV-C disinfecton for allergens, viruses, bacteria and molds. • Ozone active oxygen (O3) to remove microbial impurities, bacteria, viruses, and fungi. • Air Quality is continuesly monitored and purification levels are adjusted as needed.Paper and Equipment:
UV-C sterilization: • incoming paperwork is sterilized before it is processed. • outgoing paperwork as it is packaged to be sent out. • Office Equipment is sterilizedDisinfectant:
